Friday 30 March 2012 Outstanding representatives of Regent High School Our A Level geography students from Year 12 and 13 spent three days in Arnside, the Lake District. On the trip they studied coastal processes and defenses at Morecambe Bay, walked up to Easedale Tarn to study glacial features and processes and collected data along Holme Beck to show how rivers change as they move downstream.

Friday 23 March 2012 Regent High School host their first Friendship Day It was a pleasure to welcome so many of our future Year 7s and their families to our first Friendship Day in March. We introduced pupils to many of their future classmates and teachers and told them all about the exciting new developments our school is currently undergoing.

Wednesday 21 March 2012 Year 7 attend performance at the Royal Festival Hall Year 7 recently attended The Royal Festival Hall to watch ?The Mozart Question? by London Philharmonic Orchestra. The performance was written and narrated by Michael Morpurgo and is designed to address and explore the suffering and trauma the Holocaust caused, through music.

Thursday 1 March 2012 Recording artists Students have been working alongside professional MCs and DJs on a Tuesday after school or Friday lunch time through the Mini MAC project. The project, which has gone from strength to strength, offers students the chance to write and record their own work in a professional recording studio.
