Pastoral system

Regent High School operates a highly successful tutoring system which is designed to support all students and present opportunities for all students to develop. Students are assigned to one of seven tutor groups (B,G,O,P,R,S,Y) which are identifiable by their different coloured ties.

Every student belongs to a tutor group to which they will belong for the duration of their journey from Year 7 to 11. Their pastoral support is overseen by their tutor and the wider tutor team of each year group. Each tutor group belongs to a year group that is overseen by a Head of Year who monitors students’ progress and ensures that their academic and welfare needs are met.
